South America Certification

I would like the product to be certified for operation in South America.

More specifically, the Hub and Tracker would be certified for operation in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

This would be required for distribution throughout this region.
